Two Commercial Spaces - Restoration of Spanish Colonial Building
From the ruins of a colonial building the program required two commercial spaces keeping and restore the original building structure.
The design create a ground floor with same characteristics of the original building a patio entrance and central courtyard with a backyard. On the second floor there's a concrete volume with an open space.
The project merge the ruins and the reconstruction of the original elevation and pitched roof with a flat roof volume of floor to ceiling windows all enclosed in three landscape zones.
