Philip's Bungalow
It's a 3500 Sqft residential project for Mr. Biju Philip. The client was particular about having a 3 bedroom spacious single-storied Bungalow. The key design element of the project is the pitched roof design which elevates the design to whole another level. Various options of Roof designs were developed before reaching on to the final one which is seen now. The pitched roof was preferred as it goes well with the climate of the place as it's prone to rain during most of the time of the year.
Coming on to the landscape portion of the project which consists of natural stone paving leading to the parking lot, large lawns for having outdoor parties, barbeques, etc. Native fruit-bearing trees are planted towards the edge of the plot surrounding the bungalow. Various types of shrubs and flowering plants have been installed which blends well with the bungalow and its theme. There is an existing well in the plot which well maintained in such a way that it blends well with the landscape.
