This project was designed based on the a budget friendly schedule that included the structure. This one story Modern villa is 80 Sqm that consists of living room, kitchen with an island, 2 bedroom, one bathroom and balcony.
The whole landscape around the building is designed beautifully and you can access the green roof top with a sculptural modern looking stairs.
The façade is designed with materials such as brick, wood, concrete and metal.
