Owner and registered designer Matt Garrod founded Thyme Design in 2017 to deliver exceptionally designed builds. He has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years as a carpenter and builder, managing all stages of construction. With a focus on green building, Matt offers clients smart building design solutions that consider site specific details. His home and cottage plans reflect Muskoka living and a northern aesthetic, while considering needs and wants. Matt is driven to deliver a rewarding and collaborative client experience.
